Dr. Judith Bayliss, Ph.D.

Center Director of Curriculum & Faculty Services (CFS), DAU

Dr. Judith Hall Bayliss serves as the Center Director of Curriculum and Faculty Services at Defense Acquisition University (DAU) leading training development initiatives across the institution in multiple modalities.  She also serves as the Chief Education Advisor to DAU advocating for the student and instructor perspectives on DAU’s policies and business planning and the strategic execution of the faculty training program.  Previously, she was the Center Director of the Teaching and Learning Lab (TALL) and was responsible for two learning management systems, research in improving learning outcomes, technology implementation, and delivery methods.  Prior to DAU, she held instructional design, training management, and LMS management positions in both industry and the non-profit sector.  She has a PhD in Instructional Technology from Virginia Tech.
