In our Centennial year, the National Park Service is not only reaching outward, but also looking inward at the needs of the workforce by exploring a new learning and development paradigm, the Learning & Performance Ecosystem. In support of a more holistic way of thinking about traditional L&D, we’re implementing a new system, dubbed "The Common Learning Portal," to serve as a key enabler of social and informal learning, knowledge management, and performance support.
